This is the detailed itinerary for the Thursday, February 28th, date of the KFAX Speaker Series 2008.

 

This itinerary can also serve as a checklist for day-of events.  Check off items as they are completed, particularly if your name is attached to any specific duty.  Items with times highlighted in red bold have firm deadlines, and must be done -time.

 

A list of important phone numbers can be found at the end of the document.  Please feel free to contact Amy Nyquist with any questions before or during the event.

A Grand Limo airport pick up from SFO (Jacob Courtney & Rebecca Hubbell World Vision)

San Jose airport pick up (Bone Hampton)

3:00 P.M.

Amy and KFAX Promotions team arrives at Harbor Light Church (4760 Thornton Ave., Fremont, CA. 94536) to begin initial set-up

 

KFAX Engineering staff also arrives and begins set-up on remote broadcast booth.

 

________

4:00 P.M.

Peggy Farman and our catering team arrives and begins preparations for dinner (to be served at 5 P.M.). 

________

4:30 P.M.

KFAX staff and volunteers arrive on-site and begin setting up sponsor booths (KFAX, will call, tickets, DVD tables, William Jessup, HIM), and all remaining set-up duties.

5:00 P.M.

Chonda Pierce bus and guests arrive at Venue for sound check, live interviews and dinner

5:00 P.M.

The Eric Hogue Show broadcasts live

Most staff and volunteers break for dinner (between 5 & 5:30p)

________

5:15 P.M.

Chonda reports to KFAX broadcast booth for interview

________

5:30 P.M.

Ticket box office and will-call window open.

More Volunteers show up for Will Call and Ticket duties.

Clients show up for table set up and display (World Vision & Forever Lawn)

5:45 P.M.

Rick McKinney arrives for video set up

________

6:20 P.M.

Pre-sale entrance opens.  Volunteers will help all pre-sale ticket holders get seated.

________

6:30 P.M.

General admission doors open and all ticket holders will be let in to find seating. 

________

7:00 P.M.

The Eric Hogue Show ends its broadcast.  Eric Hogue reports to the stage for announcements, Engineering staff begins striking the remote broadcast booth.

7:30 P.M.

Event begins.  Eric opens in prayer, thanks sponsors, gives an overview for the evening and intros opening act

7:30 ish P.M.

Bone Hampton opens with comedy set

7:50 ish P.M.

Chonda Pierce comedy set

________

8:45 ish P.M

Intermission (merch sellers back to locations)

________

9:05 ish P.M

Chonda Pierce second half

________

9:45 ish P.M.

Comedy night ends.  Randy Brady reports to stage for closing announcements.

 

Chonda will be escorted to lobby for autographs and photos.

9:45 P.M.

Breakdown duties begin.  All available staff will begin taking down banners, unmanned booths, etc. under Amy’s guidance.

10:00 P.M.

Breakdown ends.  If all breakdown duties are completed by this time, all staff will be dismissed.

 

Chonda & bus drive back to hotel.
