It's time to say goodbye to the many individuals and families I've (we've) had the privilege of working with over the past 20 years. I've been changed at the deepest level by their honesty, trust, acceptance and laughter. I'm really going to miss each one.
I loved my job as a therapist and was blessed each day by the men and women who worked hard to heal and restore their health and well-being. It's been amazing!
I'd like to thank the awesome people that I worked with over the years. (Doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, treatment centers, attorneys and churches) Many people benefitted from the team approach we were able to provide. And finally my staff and colleagues! Chantelle Cadiroa stepped in during my cancer treatment and semi-retirement and she didn't miss a beat. I was able to let go and know that my clients we well cared for. Myra Rudy really knew her stuff when it came to families. Thank you, both, for everything. Your support and friendship are gifts from above!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so grateful for my years with you all!
I moved to Mendocino with my husband of 26 years to be close to our daughter, Amanda and her family. Our dog, The Captain (AKA "Little") came along and now has some serious area to patrol. He has an ongoing love/hate relationship with a little chipmunk that lives nearby.... so everybody's happy. All of our lives have been blessed by the birth of sweet Abira just 6 months ago. So now I'm Nana for the first time. My life continues to unfold with new experiences. Our home is nestled in the redwoods with the beach just minutes away. I continue to be grateful and amazed at God's grace.
